摘 要:骨髓病变作为一种非特异性的病理现象,是骨髓水肿、坏死、纤维化、肿瘤浸润等众多异常现象的总称。尽管近年来这方面的研究逐渐增多,但对其病程和造成的临床影响尚存在很多疑问。虚拟去钙(virtual non-calcium,VNCa)技术是双能量CT的一种新技术,可以实现CT扫描下的骨髓成像,目前主要应用于骨髓水肿及骨髓浸润两大方面。现就双能量CT虚拟去钙技术的成像原理及其在骨髓成像方面的应用进展予以综述。As a non-specific pathological phenomenon,bone marrow lesions are the general term for many abnormal phenomena such as bone marrow edema,necrosis,fibrosis,and tumor infiltration.Although researches in this area have gradually increased in recent years,there are many questions about its course and clinical impact.Virtual non-calcium(VNCa)technology is a new technology of dual-energy CT,which can realize bone marrow imaging of CT scanning.It is currently mainly used in two aspects of bone marrow edema and bone marrow infiltration.Advances of dual-energy CT virtual non-calcium technique in the bone marrow imaging and its imaging principle are reviewed in this article.
