摘　　要：^(125)I放射性粒子植入属于放疗中近距离治疗范畴,分为永久性植入和暂时性植入。永久性^(125)I粒子植入因丹麦的Holm教授创建标准术式及美国的Blasko教授推广,最终以可与外放疗及手术媲美的疗效,被写入前列腺癌NCCN指南。近20年以来,在中国专家的积极研究下,应用于全身各部位实体肿瘤,取得了良好的疗效,得到国内外认可,但也观察到不同程度的并发症。纵观国内外有关^(125)I放射性粒子放射物理学的认识,一直缺乏深入研究,本文详细梳理了^(125)I粒子植入相关的物理学概念,并对几个关键问题进行解析与思考。Permanent and temporary Iodine-125 seed implantation is a kind of brachytherapy which belong to radiotherapy.Holm is the doctor invented the standard implant method firstly.The treatment efficacy was proved the same compared to surgery and radiotherapy owing to the clinical research done by doctor Blasko.It was the first line recommendation according to NCCN guideline in the United State.During the past two decades,because of the persistent research in China,it was used to treat all kinds of solid tumor and got good results.At the time of getting extensive recognition domestic and abroad,the complications were found in different categories.The research about the medical physics on iodine-125 seed implantation was seldom all around the world.The basic concept of radio-physics and the crucial issues about iodine-125 seed implantation was exhibited and deeply considered below.
