摘  要:为了解外源铁对水稻累积土壤镉(Cd)的影响,采用盆栽实验研究硫酸亚铁和氯化亚铁对土壤有效态Cd含量、水稻根表铁膜及其吸附的Cd含量的影响.结果表明,添加硫酸亚铁和氯化亚铁均可显著降低淹水条件下土壤中的有效态Cd含量;分别向土壤中添加60,120,240 mg·kg^(-1)的外源铁可使水稻根膜铁含量提升25.0%~59.7%,铁膜吸附Cd含量提升14.0%~116%;添加外源铁不同程度地降低了水稻根、茎叶中Cd含量,当铁添加量达到120 mg·kg^(-1)时,两种外源铁的添加均能将糙米Cd含量控制在安全范围内,且添加硫酸亚铁的效果优于氯化亚铁.In order to further understand the effect of exogenous iron on the accumulation of soil Cd in rice,the effects of ferrous sulfate and ferrous chloride on soil Cd availability,root surface iron membrane and Cd absorption of rice are studied by potted experiments.The results show that the addition of ferrous sulfate and ferrous chloride significantly reduces the Eh value of the soil under flooded conditions.The addition of exogenous iron can significantly reduce the content of DTPA-Cd in the soil,and the effect of adding ferrous sulfate is better than that of ferrous chloride.This study also finds that adding 60,120,240 mg·kg^(-1)(calculated as Fe content)of exogenous iron to the soil can increase the iron content of rice root membranes by 25.0%~59.7%,and increase the Cd content adsorbed from the iron membrane by 14.0%~116%.Addition of exogenous iron can reduce the content of Cd in rice roots,stems and leaves to varying degrees.When the amount of iron added reaches 120 mg·kg^(-1),the addition of two kinds of exogenous iron can control the Cd content of brown rice within a safe range,and the effect of adding ferrous sulfate is better than that of ferrous chloride.
