摘  要:以双输出三电平移相全桥变换器为研究对象,首先介绍了拓扑结构和调制方式。其次,结合开关函数分析了全桥逆变单元的换流过程,研究发现死区时间导致原边电压出现跌落,原边电压跌落引起总谐波系数增大,增大变压器漏感可以消除原边电压跌落。然后,推导了变压器漏感与原边电压跌落时间、副边占空比丢失时间和移相占空比的数学关系,漏感的最佳取值为消除电压跌落对应的最小漏感值。最后,利用样机进行了实验验证,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。Taking the dual-output three-level phase-shift full bridge converter as the research object,firstly,we introduced the topology and modulation mode.Secondly,we analyzed the commutation of the full-bridge inverter after considering the switching function.It is found that the dead time is the direct cause of the primary voltage sag.The total harmonic distortion factor(THD)increases due to the primary voltage sag.Increasing the leakage inductance of the transformer can eliminate the primary voltage sag.Then,the mathematical relationship between the leakage inductance and the time of the primary voltage sag,the time of the duty cycle loss in secondary voltage and the phase shift duty cycle are derived.The optimal value of the leakage inductance is the minimum leakage inductance corresponding to the elimination of primary voltage sag.At last,the experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct.
