博弈视角下订单农业的履约机制与稳定条件

摘　　要：阐述订单农业发展中合同履约的核心问题与影响因素,并面向公司与农户长期订单交易关系构建博弈模型。分析公司与农户单次博弈中双方同时履约所必需的市场价格波动区间,进而研究随机结束重复博弈下,子博弈精炼纳什均衡合作解的存在性及其发生条件。围绕市场价格履约条件区间扩大,依次分析现金抵押、节约交易成本、节约生产成本等因素对于提高履约率的作用,归纳农业订单履约合作的稳定条件。最后,从双方专用性投入与履约资本角度,指出“公司+农户”准一体化组织的形成机理。This paper expounds the core problems and influencing factors of contract carrying out in the development of contract agriculture,and constructs a game model for the long-term order transaction relationship between company and farmer.On the basis of analyzing the market price fluctuation range which is necessary for both parties to carry out the contract at the same time in a single game between company and farmer,it studies the existence and occurrence conditions of the cooperative solution of the sub-game refined Nash equilibrium under the repeated game with random termination.Focusing on the expansion of the range of carrying out conditions of market price fluctuation,it analyzes the effects of cash mortgage,transaction cost saving,production cost saving and other factors on improving the rate of contract carrying out,and summarizes the stable conditions for cooperation based on agricultural contract carrying out.Finally,from the perspective of both parties'specific investment and contract carrying out capital,it points out the formation mechanism of“company&farmer”quasi-integrated organization.
