摘 要:[目的]为了研究同期发情处理方法、繁殖状况、品种、体重等对肉牛同期发情效果的影响,[方法]选择140头不同繁殖状况、品种、体重的肉牛,随机分为3组,分别采用CIDR+第10天肌注PMSG+第11天肌注PGF_(2α)(埋栓Ⅰ组)、CIDR+第9天肌注PMSG+第11天肌注PGF_(2α)(埋栓Ⅱ组)、肌注PGF_(2α)+PMSG(PGF_(2α)组)的方法进行同期发情处理。[结果]3种不同处理方法相比,PGF_(2α)组发情率为87.10%,埋栓Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组母牛发情率分别为97.83%、98.41%,显著高于PGF_(2α)组(P<0.05);PGF_(2α)组处理牛受胎率为83.87%,埋栓Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组处理牛受胎率分别为89.13%、84.13%,高于PGF_(2α)组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);育成牛与经产牛发情时间相比,埋栓组12~24 h内出现发情症状的经产牛占比为27.27%,育成牛占比为60%,显著高于经产牛(P<0.05),25~36 h内出现发情症状的经产牛占比和育成牛占比差异不显著(P>0.05),育成牛36 h内已全部发情;育成牛与经产牛整体发情率无显著差异(P>0.05);埋栓组经产牛受配率为93.81%,育成牛为80%,显著高于育成牛(P<0.05);不同品种和体重对肉牛同期发情有一定影响但差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]综上,埋栓处理肉牛的同期发情效果更好,肌注PGF_(2α)+PMSG更经济实惠;育成牛发情时间较经产牛更早且更早结束。[Objective] In order to study the effects of estrus treatment methods, reproductive status, breed and body weight on the estrus synchronization effect of beef cattle, [Method] 140 beef cattle with different breeding conditions, breeds, and weights were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively. The processes of CIDR + intramuscular injection of PMSG on day 10 + intramuscular injection of PGF_(2α)on day 11(embedded suppository group I), CIDR + intramuscular injection of PMSG on day 9 + intramuscular injection of PGF_(2α)on day 11(embedded suppository group II), intramuscular injection of PGF_(2α)+ PMSG(PGF_(2α)group) were used for estrus synchronization. [Result] The results showed that: Compared with the three different treatment methods, the estrus rate of the PGF_(2α)group was 87.10%, and the estrus rate of the cows in the embedding Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were 97.83% and 98.41%, respectively, which was significantly higher than the PGF_(2α)group(P<0.05);the conception rate of the PGF_(2α)group was 83.87%, and the conception rates of the embedding Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were 89.13% and 84.13%, respectively, which were higher than those in the PGF_(2α)group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);comparing the estrus time between the bred cattle and multiparous cattle, the percentage of the estrus in the embedding group of bred cattle was 27.27% within 12-24 hours, and the percentage of multiparous cattle was 60%, which was significantly higher than that of the bred cattle(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the proportion of estrus of bred cattle and multiparous cattle with estrus symptoms within 25-36 hours(P>0.05), and all the bred cows were in estrus within 36 hours;there was no significant difference in the estrus rate(P>0.05);the mating rate of the bred cattle in the embedding group was 93.81%, and that of the multiparous cattle was 80%, which was significantly higher than that of the bred cattle(P<0.05).
