育肥肉牛真胃变位的病因分析与临床鉴别处置

摘　　要：真胃作为反刍动物重要的消化器官,在营养物质吸收、生产性能发挥上发挥着重要的作用,是构成牛体良好健康状况的重要评价指标之一。但是在兽医临床实践中,发生真胃变位的现象时有发生,在造成鉴别处置不当的情况下,极易造成误诊误治,影响着肉牛养殖效益的有效发挥。为提高规模养殖条件下育肥牛前胃系统疾病的科学处置,防止诊治盲区,本文就一起育肥牛真胃变位的临床处置经过进行分析,提出了发病原因和临床鉴别处置要点,从根本上提高肉牛养殖效益提供一定的技术参考。As an important digestive organ of ruminants, the real stomach plays an important role in nutrient absorption and production performance. And it is one of the important evaluation indicators for the good health of cattle. However, in veterinary clinical practice, the displacement phenomenon of true gastric occurs from time to time. In the case of improper identification and treatment, it is very easy to cause misdiagnosis and mistreatment, which affects the effective performance of beef cattle breeding. In order to improve the scientific treatment of fattening cattle foregastric system diseases under the conditions of large-scale breeding and prevent blind areas in diagnosis and treatment, this article analyzed the clinical treatment of a fattening cattle’s true gastric displacement, and put forward the cause of the disease and the main points of clinical identification and treatment, which would provide a certain technical reference for fundamentally improving the benefits of beef cattle breeding.
