摘 要:橄榄苦苷是一种广泛存在于木犀科植物中的具有多种药理活性的天然抗氧化剂,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖及保护心血管系统等作用。橄榄苦苷抗肿瘤机制主要包括细胞周期阻滞、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤迁移和侵袭、调控细胞氧化应激、调控相关信号通路、逆转细胞耐药性,提高化疗药物敏感性等。本文对橄榄苦苷和富含橄榄苦苷提取物的抗肿瘤机制研究进行综述,为其进一步的开发利用提供参考。Oleuropein is a natural antioxidant mainly found in plants of the Oleaceae family and has various pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antiviral and hypoglycemic effects, as well as protective effects on cardiovascular system. The anti-tumor mechanisms of oleuropein mainly include cell-cycle arrest,induction of apoptosis, inhibition of tumor metastasis and invasion, regulation of cellular oxidative stress, regulation of related signal pathways, reversion of drug resistance, and enhancement of the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs.This article reviews the research on anti-tumor mechanisms of oleuropein and oleuropein-rich extracts, so as to provide reference for its further development and utilization.
