摘  要:多通道能谱仪是实现多点能谱分析的重要仪器,为解决通用多通道能谱仪输入通道之间不能相互切换的问题,设计了通道切换电路。通过低内阻、高带宽的开关阵列芯片控制能谱仪各输人通道和多道脉冲幅度分析仪之间的核脉冲信号传输,实现通道切换,确保了信号不失真,信号幅度衰减少,对能谱仪的分辨率影响小,利用485总线实现远程控制切换,电路可长时间稳定工作,满足多通道能谱仪通道切换的特殊要求。Multi-channel energy spectrometer is an important instrument to realize multi-point energy spectrum analysis.In order to solve the problem that the input channels of general multi-channel energy spectrometer cannot switch each other,a channel switching circuit is designed.The switch array chip with low internal resistance and high bandwidth is used to control the nuclear pulse signal transmission between the input channels of the energy spectrometer and the multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer,so as to realize the channel switching,ensure that the signal is not distorted,reduce the signal amplitude decay,and have little impact on the resolution of the energy spectrometer.The 485 bus is used to realize the remote control switching,and the circuit can work stably for a long time,meeting the requirements of the multi-channel energy spectrometer special requirements for channel switching.
