摘  要:介绍了环境水中氚的测量不确定度评定方法。在测量之前对水样品进行蒸馏,再进行电解浓集,采用液闪测量。测量不确定度的评定中,主要考虑计数率、本底、修正因子、蒸馏和电解浓集过程不确定度分量。结果表明:对于低水平氚的测量,不确定度的主要来源为测量计数;对于高水平氚的测量,不确定度的主要来源为浓集因子。The radioactivity concentration of tritium in environmental water is very low,so it is necessary to distill the water sample before the measurement to remove the interference of other nuclides,and then use liquid scintillation measurement after electrolytic concentration.The sources of uncertainty are,in addition to the usual counting rate,background,correction factor and so on,the process of distillation and electrolytic concentration also involved.The evaluation process of each uncertainty component is given.The results show that for the measurement of low level tritium,the main source of uncertainty is measurement count,on the contrary,for the measurement of high level tritium,the main source of uncertainty is concentration factor.The method of detecting tritium contamination in tritium analysis laboratory is given.
