摘 要:CLYC探测器性能受温度影响,需要使用温度箱对其温度响应进行实验测量。本文利用C0MS0L仿真软件构建CLYC探测器在温度箱内的三维流固耦合传热模型,模拟探测器在箱内上升/下降10t的温度平衡过程,预估探测器在箱内温度平衡时间。结果表明:温度箱加热/冷却90 min时,探测器达到箱体设定温度,CLYC晶体内部温度偏差小于0.01℃。实验以120min为温度平衡时间,测量-40~50℃下^(137)Csγ源的能谱,分析了温度对CLYC探测器能量分辨率和CLYC晶体发光产额的影响。The performance of the CLYC detector is affected by its temperature,hence,the experimental measurement of various temperatures should be conducted with a temperature chamber.To predict the temperature balance time of a CLYC detector in the temperature chamber,a three-dimensional fluid-structure coupled heat transfer model of a CLYC detector in the temperature chamber is built by using the simulation software COMSOL,and the dynamic temperature balance process of the detector rising/falling 10in the temperature chamber is simulated.The results show that when the temperature chamber is heated/cooled for 90 min,the detector reaches the set temperature of the chamber,and the temperature deviation in the CLYC crystal is less than 0.01℃ .After the detector’s temperature is equilibrium with a delay of 120 min,the energy spectrum of ^(137)Cs γ-ray source is measured at -40~50℃ .The effects of temperature on the energy resolution of the CLYC detector and the relative light yield of the CLYC crystal were analyzed.
