摘 要:左右手复合介质存在左手通带、右手通带和禁带,在禁带区微波信号不能在左右手复合介质中传播,由于左右复合介质的独特性质,其在微波器件中有着越来越多的应用.禁带区,左右手介质中微波的位相变化非常缓慢,文章根据其位相特性提出一种反射式微波移相器:对左右手介质移相器的反射信号进行了仿真,给出了左右手介质反射式移相器的散射参数和移相曲线;提出的反射式微波移相器频带更宽,反射信号强度大,与传统的移相器相比性能指标更为优越;在上述结构的基础上提出了加载匹配网络的改进结构,这种结构可以进一步提高反射信号的S参数.此外,文中提出的反射式移相器用敷铜印刷线路板PCB制作,其结构更简单、易于集成.Left-handed composite media have more and more applications in microwave devices.Left-handed and right-handed composite media have left-handed and right-handed passbands.In the forbidden band region microwave signals can not propagate inleft-handed composite media and their phase factors have different properties.In this paper a reflective microwave phase shifter is proposed according to the forbidden band property of left-handed and right-handed media.The reflection signal of left-handed and right-handed media phase shifter is simulated.The scattering parameters and phase-shift curves of left-handed and right-handed media phase shifter are given.The results show that the reflective microwave phase shifter proposed in this paper can meet the requirements.Based on the above structure an improved structure with matching network is proposed.This structure can further improve the S parameter of the reflected signal.Compared with the traditional phase shifter the proposed structure had taken out wider bandwidth and more compacting size.Copper-coated PCB is used to made the phase-shifter that made it easy to integrate with other circuit.
