摘  要:在“65Mn-不锈钢-硅钢”构成的叠层钢板中,对比研究了磁场扰动(MFD)与磁力测量(MFM)两种方法对特征层厚度的检测能力。首先,有限元仿真扰动磁场强度与磁力对硅钢层厚占比的表征能力,分析了永磁体参数、信号提取位置等因素对传感器检测灵敏度的影响,由此提出了差动式磁场扰动检测传感器以及优化了磁力测量传感器参数;其次,实验对比两种传感器对叠层钢板中硅钢层厚占比的检测灵敏度,以及灵敏度随叠层钢板表面65 Mn薄层厚度的变化规律。结果表明:在不锈钢-硅钢叠层钢板中,磁力测量传感器的灵敏度约为差动式磁场扰动传感器的3倍;当叠层钢板表面存在铁磁性65 Mn薄层时,两种传感器灵敏度均下降,但磁力测量传感器的检测能力优于差动式磁场扰动传感器。The ability of magnetic field disturbance(MFD)and magnetic force measurement(MFM)methods in detecting the thickness of characteristic layer in laminated structure is comparely studied,the research is carried out in the laminated steel plate composed of“65 Mn-stainless steel-silicon steel”.Firstly,the characterization ability of the disturbed magnetic induction and magnetic force to the thickness ratio of silicon steel layer is simulated by finite element method.The influence of permanent magnet’s parameters and the position for signal extraction on the sensitivity of the sensor is analyzed.A differential MFD detection sensor is proposed to improve its sensitivity and linearity,and the parameters of the MFM sensor is optimized.Secondly,experiments are carried out to compare the sensitivity of the two kinds of sensors to the thickness ratio of the silicon steel in the laminated steel plate.The variation of the sensitivity with the thickness of the 65 Mn thin layer on the surface of the laminated steel plate are also discussed.The results show that in the laminated steel plate of stainless steel and silicon steel,the sensitivity of the MFM sensor is about three times of that of the differential MFD detection sensor.When the ferromagnetic 65 Mn thin layer is on the surface of the laminated steel plate,the sensitivity of both sensors decreases.However,the detection ability of the MFM sensor is better than that of the differential MFD detection sensor.
