生物肥对螺蛳养殖稻田底泥微生物数量的影响

摘  要:利用稀释涂布平板法分析了养殖螺蛳稻田施生物肥后底泥中细菌、真菌、放线菌的数量变化及种类鉴定。结果表明,施生物肥后底泥中的3类微生物的数量增加,且都在第一次追肥后达到了最大值,随着每半个月施一次肥,微生物的数目出现下降且保持稳定;微生物鉴定结果表明,细菌来自厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria),真菌包含1属,为曲霉属(Aspergillus)。The dilution coating plate method was used to analyze the quantitative changes and species identification of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in the substrate sludge of the rice fields with snails breeding after applying biological fertilizer.The results showed that the number of the three types of microorganisms in the substrate sludge increased after the application of biological fertilizer,and all reached the maximum after the first top dressing.With the application of fertilizer once every half month,the number of microorganisms decreased and remained stable.The microbial identification results showed that the bacteria came from Firmicutes and Proteobacteria,and fungi included 1 genus as Aspergillus.
