摘 要:大庆外围油田致密储层油井注水受效差或不受效,依靠弹性能量开采,油井产量快速递减,单井采出程度低;同时由于无能量供给,近井地层流压逐渐下降,在低于饱和地层压力时,原油开始脱气,黏度增大导致流动阻力增加,使油井产液能力进一步下降。依据先生热解堵后增能渗吸、分段塞注入化学剂的思路,制备了由引发剂与生热剂组成的解堵剂,同时制备了由表面活性剂和调节剂组成的增能剂,并评价了该配方体系的性能指标。其中解堵剂反应后,可使溶液体系温度上升45℃,使原油黏度降低79.9%;增能剂可形成低至0.0079 mN/m的超低界面张力,同时可改变岩石润湿性,使其变为强亲水,室内测定天然岩心渗吸采收率达28.6%,应用该复合体系在大庆外围油田致密储层油井开展现场试验,先期试验井累计增油1089 t。The water injection efficiency of oil wells in tight reservoirs in peripheral oilfields of Daqing is poor or ineffective,the oil production decreases rapidly and the recovery degree of single well is low by only relying on elastic energy production.Meantime,due to no energy supply,the near well formation flow pressure gradually decreases.When it is lower than the saturated formation pressure,the crude oil begins to degas,and the increased viscosity leads to increased flow resistance,further reducing the well's ability to produce fluid.According to the idea of adding energy and imbibition after pyrolysis plugging and injecting chemical agent into segmental plug,the plugging agent composed of initiator and heat generating agent was prepared.At the same time,an energy enhancer composed of surfactant and regulator was prepared,and the performance indexes of the formula system were evaluated.The temperature of the solution system can be increased by 45℃ and the viscosity of crude oil can be reduced by 79.9% after the reaction of plugging removal agent.The energy enhancer can form ultra-low interfacial tension as low as 0.0079 mN/m,and change the rock wettability to become strong hydrophilic.The natural core imbibition recovery is 28.6% according to the indoor measurement.The field test is carried out in the tight reservoir oil wells of Daqing peripheral oilfields with the composite system,and the cumulative oil increase of the early test wells is 1089 t.
