ROP improvement technology of screw drill with large bending angle for complex horizontal reservoirs in Nanchuan area

摘  要:南川地区页岩气长水平段钻进时轨迹需要频繁调整,1.25°螺杆钻具造斜率不满足地质快速追层的要求,钻进时摩阻扭矩大,导致机械钻速低。利用管柱力学理论对底部钻具组合造斜特性和摩阻进行计算分析,螺杆弯角角度、近钻头稳定器尺寸以及钻井参数等为高造斜率和高机械钻速关键因素。优化选用无近钻头稳定器的1.50°大弯角螺杆钻具组合和160~200 kN钻压。大弯角螺杆提速技术在南川某平台5井2615 m水平段进行应用,平均造斜率提高43%,储层钻遇率达到92%,机械钻速达到9.21 m/h。In Nanchuan area,the drilling trajectory of shale gas in long horizontal section needs to be adjusted frequently.The build-up rate of 1.25°screw drill does not meet the requirements of rapid geological layer chasing,and the friction torque is large during drilling,which results in low ROP.The deflection characteristics and friction resistance of BHA are calculated and analyzed by using the theory of string mechanics.The bending angle of the screw drill,the size of near bit stabilizer and drilling parameters are the key factors of high build-up rate and high ROP.The 1.50°large angle screw BHA without near bit stabilizer and 160~200 kN WOB are optimized.Therefore,the ROP improvement technology of screw drill with large bending angle for 2615 m horizontal section of Well-5 in Nanchuan area was applied.The average build-up rate was increased by 43%,the reservoir drilling ratio reached up to 92%,and the ROP was 9.21 m/h.
