摘  要:为寻找鄂尔多斯盆地致密油藏低产水平井的有效增产方法,文中利用数学模型和数值模拟方法,建立多应力场耦合的二次压裂扩展模型,开展二次压裂裂缝延伸及扩展规律研究,基于以上研究,开展水平井二次压裂工艺及参数优化研究。结果表明,水平井二次压裂裂缝转向受水平两向应力差值、初次压裂缝长、第二次压裂缝内净压力影响较大;大规模、高排量多簇暂堵压裂技术为水平井二次压裂主体技术,优化采用缝口+缝内组合暂堵方式,缝口暂堵采用高强度暂堵球,缝内暂堵优选采用纤维+颗粒暂堵剂的组合暂堵方式。完成1口水平井二次压裂试验,施工成功率100%,有效改造体积1.36×10^(6) m^(3),实现了体积改造目的。In order to find an effective stimulation method for low production horizontal wells in tight reservoirs in Ordos Basin,a secondary fracturing propagation model coupled with multiple stress fields was established in this paper by using mathematical model and numerical simulation method.Besides that,the studies on fracture extension and propagation law of secondary fracturing were studied.Based on the above research,the secondary fracturing process and parameter optimization of horizontal wells were carried out.The results show that the fracture steering of secondary fracturing in horizontal wells is greatly affected by the difference of horizontal two-dimensional stress,the length of primary fracturing fracture and the net pressure in the secondary fracturing fracture.The large-scale,high displacement and multi-cluster temporary plugging fracturing technology is the main subject of secondary fracturing technology for horizontal wells.The combined temporary plugging mode of fracture opening+internal fracture is optimized.The high-strength temporary plugging ball is used for fracture opening temporary plugging,while the combined temporary plugging mode of fiber+particle temporary plugging agent is preferred for internal fracture temporary plugging.The secondary fracturing test of one horizontal well was completed,the construction success rate was 100%,and the effective reconstruction volume was 1.36×10^(6) m^(3),which realized the purpose of volume transformation.
