摘  要:在实验室原有催化剂技术的基础上,通过加入氧化性强的Ce离子提高催化剂的氧化性能。采用水热法合成一系列不同Ce离子含量的Mo-Bi系催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、N_(2)物理吸附(BET)、程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)等手段表征其物化性能。结合叔丁醇(TBA)选择氧化制备甲基丙烯醛探针反应评价结果,优化筛选Ce离子最佳加入量。结果表明,催化剂中Ce离子含量为n Ce∶n MoBiFeCo=0.05,TBA的转化率最高为95.30%,甲基丙烯醛的选择性最高为90.10%。其原因在于适量Ce离子的加入可产更多地参与与氧化还原反应的缺陷氧物种O lab。Based on the original catalyst technology,the oxidation performance of the catalysts was improved by adding strong oxidizing Ce ions.A series of Mo-Bi catalysts with different Ce ion contents were synthesized by hydrothermal method.Their physicochemical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),N_(2) physical adsorption(BET)and temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR).Combined with the probe reaction evaluation results of selective oxidation of tert-butyl alcohol(TBA)to methylacrolein,the optimum addition amount of Ce ion was optimized.The results showed that when content of Ce ions of the catalyst was n_(Ce)∶n_(MoBiFeCo)=0.05,the highest conversion of TBA was 95.30%,and the highest selectivity of methylacrolein was 90.10%,the addition of appropriate amount of Ce ions could produce more defective oxygen species O_(lab) involved in redox reaction.
