摘　　要：热连轧生产工艺对立辊主传动提出动态响应性能好、静态准确度高和调速范围宽等技术要求,SINAMICSS120变频调速系统能够满足上述要求。介绍其在立辊轧机中的实际应用,并深入分析传动系统拓扑结构、网络配置方案、逆变器的选型效验以及现场运行效果。The edger mill of hot rolling requires wide speed regulation range and high dynamic and static performance. SINAMICS S120 AC-DC-AC frequency controlsystem can meet the requirements. The topology structure of the drive system of edger motor is introduced, the network configuration scheme, the intended effect of inverter and the actual operation effect are analyzed.
