摘　　要：内充干燥空气的环保充气柜,绿色环保,是近几年的发展趋势之一。三工位隔离开关是该环保充气柜中的主要核心元件之一。为确保开关柜断电与接通的可靠运行,三工位隔离开关的可靠到位至关重要。针对环保充气柜,通过丝杆和齿轮传动及四连杆机构联锁,设计了一种12 kV-3 150 A环保充气柜用三工位隔离开关操作机构,可实现手动和电动三工位隔离开关的传动,并实现分、合和接地等三个位置的电动和手动同步精确指示及到位后同步制动,起动后手动和电动同步解锁。从机构传动和联锁装置两方面出发,该装置操作可靠、安全性高,已广泛应用于三工位直动式隔离开关。The environmental protection inflatable cabinet filled with dry air is one of the development trends in recent years.The three-station disconnecting switch is one of the main core components in the environmental protection inflatable cabinet.In order to ensure the reliable operation of switchgear power off and on, it is very important to put the three-station disconnecting switch in place reliably.Aiming at environmental aeration tank,through the lead screw and gear transmission and the four bar linkage interlock, a 12 kV-3 150 A environmental aeration tank with sod disconnecting switch operating mechanism is designed, which can realize manual and electric sod disconnecting switch of transmission, and carry out three points, and earthing etc. The location of the electric and manual synchronization precise instructions and in place after the synchronous brake, manual and electric synchronization unlock after launch, from two sides of the transmission and interlock mechanism, reliable operation, high safety, and has been widely used in three working straight acting isolating switch.
