摘　　要：出入口控制系统要充分考虑“安保”和“安全”两方面的因素。在安全优先的原则下,出入口控制系统的设计必须满足紧急逃生时人员疏散的要求,并且做到安全和安保两方面兼顾。依据规范标准,梳理需要进行疏散设计的出入口控制点位置和疏散要求。对各类出入口控制方式和执行设备特点进行总结归纳,对满足疏散要求的出入口控制措施开展安全性能和安保性能的评估。另外分析出入口控制系统与火灾自动报警系统的联动要求及具体实现方式也是要做的工作。最后对出入口控制系统设计要点给出经验性的总结和建议。Access control system should fully consider the factors of “security” and “safety”. Under the principle of safety first, the design of access control system must meet the requirements of evacuation in emergency escape,both safety and security should be considered. According to the standards and specifications, locating the positions of access control point and evacuation requirements that need to be designed for evacuation. Summarizing the characteristics of various access control methods and executive equipment, and carrying out qualitative assessment of safety and security for access control measures that meet the requirements of evacuation. It analyzes the linkage requirements and concrete implementation methods between access control system and automatic fire alarm system,and gives empirical summary and suggestions on the key points of access control system design.
