摘　　要：随着鼻内镜手术的使用范围不断扩大,手术的适应证不断增加,所牵涉的重要结构越来越多,随之而来的是并发症的风险越来越高。影像导航系统作为一种手术辅助系统,能够帮助术者在术中追踪和判断重要结构,节省手术时间,降低手术风险,已经在鼻窦和颅底的鼻内镜手术中得到广发的应用。同时,当前影像导航系统仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。希望在各方的共同努力下,影像导航系统会变得越来越成熟,在鼻内镜手术中发挥越来越重要的作用。With the continuous expansion of the scope of use of endoscopic sinus surgery,the indications of surgery are increasing,and more and more important structures involved are growing,followed by the higher and higher risk of complications.Image-guided system,as a surgical aid system,can help operators to track and judge important tructures intraoperatively,save surgical time and reduce surgical risks,and have been widely used in nasal endoscopic surgery of the sinuses and skull base.At the same time,there are still many problems with the current image-guided system that need to be solved.It is hoped that with the joint efforts of all parties,the image-guided system will become more and more mature and play an increasingly important role in nasal endoscopic surgery.
