摘　　要：目的:探讨涎腺导管癌中FAM83H的表达及意义。方法:收集某医院涎腺导管癌患者的病理标本,采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测涎腺导管癌及配对非癌涎腺组织中FAM83H的表达情况,分析FAM83H的表达与涎腺导管癌患者临床病理因素间的关系。结果:FAM83H在涎腺导管癌中的表达显著高于非癌涎腺组织,差异有统计学意义。FAM83H的表达和涎腺导管癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均无明显相关性。结论:涎腺导管癌的发生可能与FAM83H的过表达存在关联。Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of FAM83H in salivary duct carcinoma(SDC).Methods:The pathological specimens of patients with salivary duct carcinoma resected were collected.The expression of FAM83H in the tumor tissues and non-cancerous tissues obtained from the same patients were compared by SP immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of FAM83H and clinicopathological factors of patients with SDC was analyzed.Results:The expression of FAM83H in SDC tissues was significantly higher than that in non cancerous salivary gland tissues,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant correlation between the expression of FAM83H and gender,age,tumor size,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of patients with SDC.Conclusion:the pathogenesis of salivary duct carcinoma may be associated with FAM83H overexpression.
