摘　　要：铁路司机手册是铁路司机在乘务作业中携带的手册,主要记录机车在运行中的关键数据及乘务员在作业中各个环节的关键信息。铁路司机手册作为统计机务各类信息的重要资料,目前仍以纸质方式使用管理,其信息的收集及统计主要依靠人工作业。在铁路信息化建设全面推进的大背景下,机务作业信息化对于提高司机工作效率进而保障运输安全有重要意义,司机手册电子化迫在眉睫。结合司机作业模式,分析现阶段纸质司机手册的弊端,从需求出发设计铁路司机电子手册总体架构和技术架构;结合传统司机作业流程,阐述以铁路司机电子手册为载体的新作业方式,并对系统的功能和关键技术进行剖析。铁路司机电子手册的研究对于提高乘务作业效率,保障运输安全,优化机务管理具有重要意义。The manual taken with the railway driver in the crew operation mainly records the key data of the locomotive and the key information of the crew in the operation. The railway driver’s manual, as an important material carrying maintenance information, is still in paper form, and the collection and statistics of its information mainly rely on manual operations. Amid the comprehensive promotion of railway informatization construction, the informatization of locomotive operations is of great significance to improving the drivers’ work efficiency and ensuring transportation safety, making the digitalization of driver’s manual imminent. By analyzing the disadvantage of the current manual according to the driver’s operation mode, this paper designed the overall structure and technical structure of the railway driver’s electronic manual based on the demand. Combined with the traditional drivers’ operation process, it expounded the new operation method with the electronic manual as the carrier and analyzed the system functions and key technologies. The research on railway drivers’ electronic manuals is crucial for improving the efficiency of crew operations, ensuring transportation safety, and optimizing locomotive management.
