摘 要:旅客列车开行效益评测模型是评价铁路企业旅客列车开行方案是否可行的重要参考,将旅客列车担当收入、变动成本和固定成本通过合理的分摊方式归集至单趟客车,实现单趟客车月度盈亏结果的查询和比对,为指导客运部门开车提供数据支持。模型依托旅客列车开行效益评测信息系统,通过系统分类确定成本分摊原则,实现单趟客车测算依据的一致性,使得同一趟客车各年数据的比对分析和同方向旅客列车的分类分析变得更加准确和快捷。该系统在既有客车盈亏测算的基础上还实现了预计开行客车改变开行方式后的比选,为灵活开行旅客列车提供便利,测算模型将逐渐成为铁路企业客运产品精细化管理的主要分析工具。The evaluation model of passenger train operation benefits is an important reference for evaluating the feasibility of the passenger train operation plans of railway companies. The income, variable costs, and fixed costs of passenger trains were collected for each passenger train by a reasonable allocation method to facilitate inquiries and comparisons of the monthly profit and loss of each passenger train and thereby provide data support for the guided operation of passenger transport departments. Relying on the information system for the evaluation of passenger train operation benefits, the model determined the cost allocation principle through system classification to provide a consistent calculation basis for each passenger train. In this way, data of the same passenger train in each year can be comparatively analyzed more accurately and faster, and the classification analysis of passenger trains in the same direction can also be more accurate and faster. In addition to calculating the profits and losses of existing passenger trains, the system was also equipped for comparing and selecting the expected passenger trains after their operating modes are changed, which paved the way for the flexible operation of passenger trains. Such calculation models are expected to become the main analysis tool for the fine management of passenger transport products of railway enterprises.
