摘 要:针对I波段窄带五倍频器倍频效率受输入信号功率和外界环境影响较大的问题,就影响倍频器倍频效率的几种因素进行了仿真和分析,提出了提高五倍频器工作效率的几种途径。微波仿真和实测结果表明,在I波段输入信号频率5%带宽范围内,输入功率为10~12 dBm时,倍频损耗小于18 dB。Aiming at the problem that the frequency doubling efficiency of I-band narrow-band quintuplier is greatly affected by the input signal power and the external environment,several factor affecting the efficiency of the frequency multiplier are simulated and analyzed,and several ways to improve the working efficiency of the quintupler are proposed.The results of microwave simulation and measurement show that within 5% of the input signal frequency of I-band,when the input power is 10~12 dBm,the frequency doubling loss is less than 18 dB.
