摘  要:即使是军用飞机,在其退役之前,人们都希望它能工作更长时间。在面临经济、机构、技术和管理因素变化的条件下,对一个超出其初始所设定的退役寿命仍保持工作能力的飞机平台,进行相关风险的有效管理把控,是一项困难并具有挑战性的工作。许多军用和民用的产品采购和更改计划会因为这些问题和因素的干扰而止步不前。主要分析了飞机延寿计划中必须考虑的一些关键因素、相关风险及其相互之间的关系,同时也讨论了与以往采用的规定和标准相关的内容。Even military aircraft are expected to last longer before they are retired.In face of changes in economic,institutional,technological and management factors,it is difficult and challenging to effectively manage and control related risks for an aircraft platform that has exceeded its initial decommissioning life but still maintains its working capacity.Many military and civilian product procurement and modification plans will stall because of the interference of these problems and factors.Some of the key factors,the relevant risks and their relationship that must be considered in an aircraft life extension plan are mainly discussed,and the content related to previously adopted regulations and standards are also discussed.
