摘　　要：由于JJG 30—2012 《通用卡尺检定规程》中推荐使用的内尺寸专用检具示值单一,检定校准没有充足的规格可供选择,随着标称值的增加,给专用检具取用、携带和保存都增加了难度。针对现有内量爪检具的不足,设计了一套通用卡尺内量爪检定装置,结合通用卡尺的不确定度评定,证明了所设计的检定装置的可靠性和便利性。Due to the single value of the special gauge for internal size recommended in JJG 30-2012 “ verification regulation of current calipers” and the lack of sufficient specifications for verification and calibration,with the increase of the nominal value,it is more difficult to take,carry and preserve the special gauge.Aiming at the deficiency of the exsting internal measuring claw inspection tools,aset of unirersal caliper internal measuring claw inspection device is designed.Combining with the uncertainty evaluation of universal calipers,the reliability and convenience of the designed verification device are proved.
