摘  要:四川省特有的钒钛磁铁矿造就了四川特有的钒钛钢铁行业。由于国家战略发展需要钒钛钢铁,而钒钛钢铁的工艺流程长,钒钛磁铁矿的品位低、煤耗大,导致了行业急需发展的同时碳排放量显著高于普通钢铁行业。在此背景下,分析了钒钛钢铁行业碳排放特点,并结合钢铁行业“碳达峰”要求,探讨了钒钛钢铁行业“碳达峰”所面临的挑战和机遇,为下一步实现碳达峰、碳中和提出了路径和建议。Sichuan’s unique vanadium-titanium magnetite has created Sichuan’s unique vanadium-titanium steel industry. The development of national strategy requires vanadium-titanium steel, and the long process flow of vanadium-titanium steel, the low grade of vanadium-titanium magnetite and the high coal consumption have led to the urgent need for development of the industry and the carbon emission is significantly higher than that of the ordinary steel industry. In this context, this article analyzes the characteristics of carbon emissions in the vanadium-titanium steel industry, and combines the requirements of the “carbon peak” in the steel industry to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by the vanadium-titanium steel industry to achieve carbon peaks. Paths and suggestions for the next step to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral are put forward.
