摘 要:该文介绍了一种大功率S波段波导滤波器设计工作,采用模式匹配的方法对该滤波器进行了理论分析。通过采用高精度的三维电磁场模拟软件对波导滤波器进行建模、计算与分析。计算结果显示带内通过率高、驻波特性好、带外抑制较好。经过仿真计算,滤波器功率容量约为1.97 MW,在1 MW功率通过时,滤波腔内最大场强为2.14 k V/mm,达到预期设计效果。In this paper, the design of an S-band high-power waveguide filter is introduced and analyzed theo retically. Based on the three-dimensional(3D) high-accuracy electromagnetic filed analysis software, we build the model of the waveguide filter and the calculation and the analysis of the filter was done. The simulation result show that the passing rate in-the-band and the rejection out-of-band is good. The simulation result also show that the power capacity of the waveguide filter is about 1.97 MW, and when a power flow with power of 1 MW passing through the filter, the max electric filed intensity is 2.14 k V/mm, which shows that the design perfectly reached the desire goal.
