摘  要:该实验主要对很多学校中小型试验台急停按钮的改造,在对实验模块进行操作中,由于空间位置和成本问题,解除了繁重的保护元件,同时为确保师生安全,对每台实验装置进行线路改造,设置独立急停保护装置。通过参考其他院校,我校学生针对参与实验中出现的问题进行改造,将交流接触器用中间继电器进行替换,进行了不用电阻的测试,最后发现水泥电阻替代色环电阻效果更好,此后实验装置正常运行,并未发生发热、发烫事件。通过数据证明改造的有效性。有效解决实验室急停按钮空间和成本问题,保证了线路安全。This experiment mainly focuses on the transformation of the emergency stop button of the small and medium-sized test-bed in many schools. In the operation of the experimental module, due to the problems of space location and cost, the heavy protective elements are removed. At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of teachers and students, the circuit of each experimental device is modified and an independent emer gency stop protective device is set. By referring to other colleges and universities, our students modified the problems in the experiment, replaced the AC contactor with an intermediate relay, and tested without resistance.Finally, it was found that the effect of replacing the color ring resistance with cement resistance was better.After that, the experimental device operated normally without heating and scalding. The effectiveness of the transformation is proved by data. Effectively solve the space and cost problems of laboratory emergency stop button, and ensure the line safety.
