摘 要:本试验探索了唑虫酰胺和虫螨腈对蓟马的增效作用和防治节瓜蓟马的田间使用效果。以节瓜蓟马为研究对象,采用室内测定2种药剂对节瓜蓟马的杀灭作用,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值),判断2种药剂混合的增效作用。根据农药田间药效试验准则NY/T1464.6-2007第6部分:杀虫剂防治蔬菜蓟马的方法设计田间小区试验,观察30%唑虫酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂在田间对节瓜蓟马的控制作用。结果显示,2种杀虫剂以1:1复配时具有很强的增效作用,共毒系数为156.45;30%唑虫酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂在田间使用具有比单独使用两种药剂的防效要更高。研究表明,唑虫酰胺和虫螨腈复配可以用于节瓜蓟马的防治,并且具有较好的速效性和持效性。This experiment explored the synergistic effect of tolfenpyrad and chlorfenapyr on thrips and the effectiveness of field use against thrips.The effect of the two agents on thrips on Benincasa hispida was determined indoors and the co-toxicity coefficient(CTC value) of the mixture was calculated according to Sun Yunpei’s method to measure the synergistic effect of the mixture of the two agents.According to the pesticide field efficacy test guidelines NY/T1464.6-2007 Part 6: The method of insecticides to control vegetable thrips,the field plot experiments were designed to observe the control effect of 30% tolfenpyrad·chlorfenapyr SC against thrips.The results showed that the two pesticides had a strong synergistic effect in a 1:1 combination,with a co-toxicity coefficient of 156.45;30% Tolfenpyrad· Chlorfenapyr SC used in the field was showed more effective than two pesticides used separately.It is demonstrated that the combination of tolfenpyrad and chlorfenapyr can be used for the control of thrips and has good quick-acting and holding effect.
