摘 要:拆装式轻钢结构活动房屋具有运输便捷、拆装灵活、功能多元、可循环使用等优点,目前广泛应用于临时性建筑如战地医院、物资仓库、临时工厂、员工宿舍等,但往往面临极端荷载环境的考验。以双坡屋面拆装式轻钢活动房屋为研究对象,采用不同厚度的薄钢板模拟10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm厚的屋面积雪荷载,开展足尺模型加载试验,对比研究活动房屋在有无集装箱端部约束两种结构形式下的位移响应和变形特征。研究结果表明,随着雪荷载的增加,有集装箱约束的活动房屋柱顶、屋脊节点处和屋架上弦杆处的位移均有所减少,其中屋脊节点处的约束效应最为显著,位移减幅最大。集装箱约束对雪荷载引起的结构变形有明显抑制作用,可显著提高整体结构的刚度和承载能力。Disassembly-type light steel structure mobile houses have many advantages such as convenient transportation,flexible disassembly and assembly,multiple functions,and recyclable use.They are currently widely used in temporary buildings such as battlefield hospitals,material warehouses,temporary factories,and staff dormitories,but the extreme environments are great threat to them.The behaviors of double-slope roof disassembled light steel mobile house were studied in this paper,using thin steel plates of different thicknesses to simulate the snow load of the house area of 10 cm,20 cm,and 30 cm thickness.A full-scale model loading test was carried out.The displacement response and deformation characteristics were compared between the two structural forms with or without end container restrained.The research results show that with the increase of snow load,the displacements of the column tops,ridge nodes and upper chords of roof truss of mobile houses with container constraints are all reduced.Among them,the restraint effect at the roof ridge nodes is the most significant,and the displacement reduction is the largest.The container restraint has a significant inhibitory effect on the structural deformation caused by the snow load,and can significantly improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of the overall structure.
