摘  要:针对新钢8#烧结机湿法脱硫塔腐蚀造成结构和功能受损难以长时间退出生产进行大修的状况,采用了一种在线高效大修方法完成了大修,并对大修前后脱硫塔烟囱筒体倾斜量、平均脱硫效率等参数进行了比对。结果表明,湿法脱硫塔在线大修达到了预期目的,取得了满意效果。In view of the corrosion of the wet desulfurization tower of xinsteel 8#sintering machine,the structure and function are damaged and it is difficult to withdraw from production for a long time for overhaul.An online efficient overhaul method was used to complete the overhaul.The Inclination amount,average desulfurization efficiency and other parameters of the before and after desulfurization tower's overhaul were compared.The results show that the on-line overhaul of the wet desulfurization tower has achieved the expected purpose and achieved satisfactory results.
