摘  要:现阶段,我国尾矿库出现病害事故的概率是非常高的,在这些病害事故中,洪水漫顶占据着44.4%的比例,排洪系统病害事故占据着33.0%的比例,故选择合理的尾矿库排洪系统,保证尾矿库长期安全稳定运行是至关重要的。本文以排洪构筑物之一的排洪回水隧洞的作为研究对象,主要从地形地貌、地质构造等多方面入手,探究了项目区工程地质条件和水文地质条件,论述了尾矿库排洪回水隧洞层动条件,围岩稳定性评价、地下水的地表渗流方式、洞口截洪沟保护措施等多方面,以及设计、施工和运行管理要求,以此确保隧洞设计、建设和运行的安全性。At the present stage,the probability of tailings pond disease accidents is very high in China.In these disease accidents,flood overtopping accounts for 44.4%of the total,and flood discharge system disease accidents account for 33.0%of the total.Therefore,it is very important to choose a reasonable tailings pond flood discharge system to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of tailings pond.Based on having one of the structures of having water tunnel as the research object,mainly from the topography and geomorphology,geological structure and other aspects,this paper explores the conditions of engineering geology and hydrogeology conditions,this paper discusses the tailings having water tunnel layer dynamic conditions,way of stability evaluation of surrounding rock,the surface of groundwater seepage,the mouth of the cave cut hong ditch protection measures in many aspects,such as And design,construction and operation management requirements to ensure the safety of tunnel design,construction and operation.
