摘　　要：疼痛是慢性胰腺炎最常见的症状,但目前对于慢性胰腺炎疼痛的测量尚未达成共识。2021年7月,美国、丹麦、荷兰、新西兰等国专家联合发布了《慢性胰腺炎疼痛评估国际共识指南》。该指南基于严谨科学的循证研究制定,并邀多个国家的多学科团队专家进行了多轮德尔菲专家咨询。该指南包括8个部分,重点对慢性胰腺炎疼痛评估相关的27个问题进行了系统评价。本文从指南概述、慢性胰腺炎疼痛评估工具介绍、针对慢性胰腺炎疼痛评估的建议等方面进行解读,以期为临床慢性胰腺炎疼痛评估与护理工作的开展提供参考。Pain is the most common symptom of chronic pancreatitis.However,no consensus has been reached on the assessment of pain associated with chronic pancreatitis.In July 2021,experts from the United States,Denmark,the Netherlands,and New Zealand issued the Assessment of Pain Associated with Chronic Pancreatitis:An International Consensus Guideline.The guideline was developed based on rigorous evidencebased research,after multiple rounds of Delphi consultation by multidisciplinary experts from multiple countries.The guideline,consisting of 8 sections,systematically reviewed 27 questions related to the assessment of pain associated with chronic pancreatitis.In order to provide a reference for clinical assessment and care of pain associated with chronic pancreatitis,this article interprets the guideline from several aspects:overview,an introduction of assessment tools of pain associated with chronic pancreatitis,and recommendations for assessment of pain associated with chronic pancreatitis.
