摘  要:通过铁水热装、炉料结构优化、集束氧枪、全程泡沫渣、底吹工艺等一系列高效冶炼技术的应用,根据生产实践,持续优化工艺技术的参数,提高集束氧枪强穿透能力,化学能输入功率不断提高。安钢100 t电弧炉冶炼周期由62.3 min/炉降低至37.8 min/炉。当兑铁水量低于52%时,冶炼周期取决于废钢的传热效率,而兑铁水量超过52%时,冶炼周期则由炉内脱碳速度决定,增加兑铁水量就要求电炉系统有较强的供氧能力。安钢100 t电弧炉实际生产的冶炼节奏与连铸相匹配,取得了良好的技术效果。Through the application of a series of high efficiency smelting technologies such as hot metal charging,charging structure optimization,cluster oxygen lance,whole foam slag and bottom blowing technology,according to the production practice,the parameters of continuous technological optimization are continuously optimized to enhance the penetration ability of the cluster oxygen lance and the chemical energy input power is continuously improved.The tap-to-tap cycle of 100 t electric arc furnace of Anyang steel is reduced from 62.3 min to 37.8 min.When the amount of iron mixing water is less than 52%,the smelting cycle depends on the heat transfer efficiency of scrap steel.When the amount of iron mixing water exceeds 52%,the smelting cycle is determined by the decarbonization rate in the furnace.Increasing the amount of iron mixing water requires a strong oxygen supply capacity of the electric furnace system.The smelting rhythm of 100 t electric arc furnace in Anyang Steel matches with that of continuous casting,and Better technical effect have been achieved.
