摘　　要：针对DC03冷轧板在制门冲压过程中出现的橘皮状表面缺陷,经分析,该缺陷与DC03冷轧板的时效现象直接相关。通过改进,采用0.01%~0.03%微碳成分、热轧高温终轧、高温卷取和提高平整延伸率的方式,有效提高了DC03冷轧板的抗时效性能,解决了加工过程中的橘皮缺陷。According to the orange peel for the DC03 cold-rolled sheet in the door stamping process,the result of detection analysis was that the defect was directly related to the Strain Aging Phenomenon of the DC03.The aging resistance of DC03 cold-rolled plate was improved by means of 0.01%~0.03%carbon,hot-rolled high temperature finish rolling,high-temperature coiling and increasing flatness elongation.
