摘　　要：针对企业内部审核和监督审核中发现的突出问题,运用管理工具开展诊断式专项审核,系统解决了企业质量管理体系运行中存在的突出问题,弥补了内部审核、监督审核方法中存在的缺陷,从而提升了企业的质量管理体系运行水平。In view of the outstanding problems found in internal audits and supervisory audits,management tools are used to carry out diagnostic special audits,outstanding problems in the operation of the enterprise quality management system are solved systematically,the defects of internal audits and supervisory audit methods are made up for,and the quality of the quality management system is promoted.
