钢板淬火回火前后尺寸变化分析

摘　　要：在钢板尺寸检验过程中,发现钢板在淬火回火前后尺寸发生了变化,进而确定了主要发生变化的工序在淬火工序。用对比的方法对Q960级别、NM500级别等钢板淬火前后的尺寸变化进行了测量与分析,找出了淬火回火钢板尺寸变化的规律,以及钢板厚度和碳当量对钢板尺寸变化率的影响,提高了成材率。During the process of the steel plate size inspection,the dimension of the steel plate changed before and after the quenching tempering,and then the main change in the quenching process is determined.The dimension changes before and after steel plate quenching of Q960 and NM500 grades are measured and analyzed,it is found out the law of the dimension change of the quenching tempered steel plate,and the impact of steel plate thickness and carbon equivalent on the dimension change rate of the steel plate,and the material formation rate is improved.
