摘　　要：中频感应电炉在使用过程中突发故障时,要立即中断冶炼,把已经熔融的金属液体倾倒出炉,否则会发生设备或安全事故。及时检测,发生故障后迅速处理,才能够避免事故的发生和扩大,待事故处理后重新恢复冶炼,从而减少经济损失。When the medium-frequency induction electric furnace suddenly fails in the process of use,the smelting should be interrupted immediately,and the molten metal liquid should be poured out of the oven,otherwise the equipment or safety accidents will occur.Timely detection,quick treatment after the failure,can avoid the occurrence and expansion of the accident,smelting is resumed after the accident removal,so as to reduce economic losses.
