摘 要:为了保障2.9以下小规格铝合金单丝的生产,提升设备完整率,升级铝合金拉丝机变频器控制系统,以提升设备自动化程度、整体性能、单位产能发挥,降低企业综合维护成本及能耗。根据目前高规格铝合金单丝的工艺技术要求及设备现状,结合目前西门子控制器及变频器的更新换代情况,设计一套融合现有西门子主流变频器G120的全自动多规格铝合金拉丝机变频器控制系统。该控制系统以西门子300系列PLC基础,搭载数字量/模拟量输入输出模块,通过Profibus-DP通信连接多台变频器,通过操作台上的西门子TP1200触摸屏对整个铝合金拉丝机的运行状态进行操作控制与监测。该控制系统实现了对淘汰变频器的更新换代、铝合金拉丝机控制系统的升级,保障2.9以下小规格铝合金的规模生产,实现全自动模式下最大拉丝速度达到20m/s。实践证明,升级后的全自动铝合金拉丝机采用新式变频器G120的控制系统,实现老旧设备设计更新换代,具有控制精度高、能耗低、运行稳定等优点。According to the current technological requirements and equipment status of high-standard aluminum alloy monofilament,combined with the current Siemens controller and inverter replacement situation,this paper designs a set of fully automatic multi-specification aluminum alloy wire drawing machine that integrates the existing Siemens mainstream inverter G120 Inverter control system.The control system is based on Siemens 300 series PLC,equipped with digital/analog input and output modules,connected to multiple inverters through Profibus-DP communication,and operated on the operating status of the entire aluminum alloy wire drawing machine through the Siemens TP1200 touch screen on the console Control and monitoring.he control system has realized the replacement of the eliminated frequency converter and the upgrade of the aluminum alloy wire drawing machine control system,ensuring the mass production of aluminum alloys with small specifications below 2.9,and achieving the maximum wire drawing speed of 20m/s in the fully automatic mode.Practice has proved that the upgraded automatic aluminum alloy wire drawing machine adopts the control system of the new inverter G120,realizes the renewal of the old equipment design,has the advantages of high control accuracy,low energy consumption,stable operation,etc.
