摘　　要：随着通信行业的快速发展,各行各业所需业务类型不断增多,对网络安全性、保密性的要求不断提高。与此同时,随着家庭宽带业务和个人移动业务日益饱和,政企市场逐渐成为各运营商追逐利润增长点的突破口,在稳固家庭业务和个人移动业务的同时,增大政企市场的投资力度,达到稳速增收目的。同时,随着国家智慧城市、乡村振兴政策的稳步推进,各运营商也紧跟国家政策,大力发展并提高城市、乡村通信服务能力。基于此,着重分析当前通信前景下接入层层面的政企接入OTN网络部署思路、建设原则以及部署建议等。With the rapid development of the communication industry,the types of services required by all walks of life continue to increase,and the requirements for network security and confidentiality continue to increase.At the same time,with the increasing saturation of home broadband services and personal mobile services,the government and enterprise market has gradually become a breakthrough point for operators to pursue profit growth.While stabilizing home and personal mobile services,they will increase investment in the government and enterprise market.to achieve a steady and rapid increase in income.At the same time,with the steady advancement of the national smart city and rural revitalization policies,operators are also closely following the national policies to vigorously develop and improve urban and rural communication service capabilities.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the deployment ideas,construction principles and deployment suggestions of government and enterprise access OTN networks at the access layer level under the current communication prospects.
