摘　　要：基于现有的物流统计指标体系和国内外文献,通过设计企业调查问卷,对安徽省重要物流及工贸企业调研访谈,并结合主成分分析、关注度—满意度象限图对企业的反馈情况进行分析。在原有物流统计指标体系的基础上构建一套适应现代物流业操作和发展的指标体系,满足政府、企业和有关单位管理需要,推动物流业的持续稳定发展。Based on the existing logistics statistical index system and domestic and foreign literature,the paper designed a questionnaire to investigate and interview important logistics companies and industry and trade companies in Anhui Province,and analyzed their feedback with principal component analysis,attention and satisfaction quadrantal diagram.On the basis of the existing logistics statistical index system,it built a set of indicators adapted to the operation and development of the modern logistics industry,which can meet the management needs of the government,enterprises and related units,and promote the sustainable and stable development of the logistics industry.
