摘　　要：本文设计了一款惠农信息推送系统。该系统采取了浏览器/服务器架构进行开发,实现了客户端多端兼容,实现了用户权限管理、分组管理、客户组分组管理、Job管理、Task管理、电子邮件发送、手机短信发送等功能,将各种农业相关的信息主动推送给农业生产者。该系统采用PHP、Java Script编程语言、MySQL数据库等技术,使用CodeIgniter框架,设计和开发出一个功能实用、方便拓展的信息发送平台,拥有一整套完善的信息传递推送体系,能够满足各层级用户的信息传递需求。This paper designs a Huinong information push system. The system adopts the browser/server architecture to develop and realizes the client multi-terminal compatibility. The functions of user rights management, grouping management, customer group management, Job management, Task management, e-mail sending, and SMS sending are realized, and various agricultural-related information is actively pushed to agricultural producers. The system uses PHP, JavaScript programming language, My SQL database technology and CodeIgniter framework to design and develop a practical and convenient information transmission platform,which has a complete set of perfect information transmission push system to meet the information transmission needs of users at all levels.
