摘　　要：介绍了粉末涂料的应用推广现状及生产喷涂工艺,并针对多种颜色粉末涂料在汽车车厢上应用推广中出现的串色问题,重点从喷涂往复机喷枪布置、量产色分组喷涂及新型烘干系统引入等方面研究处置措施。In this paper,the spray process of powder coatings and the present situation of their application were introduced.In accordance with the cross colour problem for the application of a variety of powder coatings with different colors in car compartments,it was suggested that some measures would be taken from the layout of the spray guns of spraying reciprocating engine,the spraying with different color groups and the construction of a new type of drying system..
