摘　　要：耐磨带是石油钻具的重要结构,需要确保耐磨带使用的合理性,做好新型耐磨带的应用工作。基于此,本文将对耐磨带进行实用性分析,一方面,分析耐磨带的性能指标,确定影响耐磨带的耐磨特性的因素,对其进行充分地改良;另一方面,从掉屑比、套管磨损、现场耐磨等方面对耐磨带进行试验验证,确保新型耐磨带的耐磨程度,使其能够顺利地投入使用。Wear belt is an important structure of oil drilling tools,it is necessary to ensure the rationality of wear belt use,do a good job in the application of new wear belt.Based on this,this article will wear wear belt practical analysis,on the one hand,the analysis of wear wear belt performance index,determine the factors that affect wear wear characteristics of wear wear belt,to fully improve.On the other hand,the wear-resistant belt is tested and verified from the aspects of chip removal ratio,casing wear and on-site wear-resistant,so as to ensure the wear-resistant degree of the new wear belt,so that it can be put into use smoothly.
