摘　　要：总结内压缩流程空分装置低温液氧泵运行时常见的问题,包括:电机轴承温度高、回流阀故障、迷宫密封泄漏、泵体不打量、泵内局部闪爆,分析问题原因,总结身边的事故,积累经验,全面降低行业故障率。Summarize several common problems in the low temperature liquid oxygen pump in the internal compression process,including:The motor bearing temperature is high,return valve failure,maze seal leakage,pump body failure,local flash explosion in the pump,analyze the causes of the problem,summarize the accidents around it,accumulate experience,and comprehensively reduce the failure rate of the industry.
