摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种新型内孔焊焊接接头形式及管板孔的加工工艺。其中,内孔焊管板孔应力释放槽的加工难度最大,文中给出加工刀具,拓宽了现有设备加工能力,实现了管板孔的完整成型,总结了加工方法,并对一次成型方法提出方案。This paper mainly introduces a new type of inner hole welding joint form and tube plate hole processing technology.Among them,the inner hole welded tubesheet hole stress release groove processing is the most difficult,the paper gives the processing tool,broaden the processing capacity of existing equipment,realize the tubesheet hole complete molding,summarized the processing method,and put forward a scheme for the one-time molding method.
