摘  要:随着国家对清洁能源的要求及物流业的快速发展,天然气终端汽车加液站将获得较大发展机遇。有效控制液化天然气(LNG)加液站气体损耗是降低加液站运行成本和提升经济效益的关键因素。通过对某加液站的气损因素分析,提出工艺流程优化、装卸车操作规范化及设备设施维护保养等减少损耗的方法,并对优化效果进行分析总结。为推进汽车加液站节能降本工作提供技术指导。With the national requirements for clean energy and the rapid development of logistics industry,natural gas terminal vehicle refueling station will get greater development opportunities.Effective control of gas loss in LIQUEFIED natural gas(LNG) refueling stations is the key factor to reduce operating costs and improve economic benefits.Based on the analysis of the gas loss factors of a refueling station,the optimization of process flow,the standardization of loading and unloading truck operation and the maintenance of equipment and facilities are put forward to reduce the loss,and the optimization effect is analyzed and summarized.To provide technical guidance for promoting energy saving and cost reduction of automobile filling station.
